Meet the Team

Natasha Hill is a partner in the law firm of Lekki Hill Duprey & Whitton P.C. Natasha attended college at SUNY Potsdam, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. She went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at Western New England University School of Law in 1997 and became admitted to practice law in New York in 1998. Natasha first joined the law firm in 1997 and became a partner in the year 2000.

For the first 16 years of her practice, Natasha represented clients in the areas of divorce and matrimonial law, and Social Security Disability. In 2014, Natasha took over the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice, a practice area that has helped define the firm since its inception in the 1970s.

Natasha serves as a Board Member of Renewal House, St. Lawrence County’s agency for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and has since 2001. She served as President from 2007 – 2013 and as Secretary from 2014 to the present. She is also an Advisory Board Member for the Legal Studies Program in the School of Business at the State University of New York at Canton from 2009 to the present. Natasha is also active in youth sports organizations as a board member, sponsor and volunteer, including the Louisville Minor Hockey Association and the Madrid-Waddington Youth Soccer Association.

Natasha is the 2015 recipient of the New York State Bar Association President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the Fourth Judicial District, an award given by the New York State Bar Association in recognition of Natasha’s volunteer work with the Legal Aid Society representing low-income clients who are often victims of domestic violence for the past 15 years.

Mathew P. Duprey attended college at SUNY Plattsburgh, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1996. Mathew went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 1999 and became admitted to practice law in New York State in 2000. Mathew joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2002.

Mathew resides in Ogdensburg, New York, with his family. He is an active member in the Ogdensburg community and currently serves as a Board Member and current President of the Ogdensburg Public Library.

Mathew concentrates his practice in Personal Injury, Real Estate, and General Litigation.

Megan J.M. Whitton received a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Wells College in 2003. She attended Syracuse University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate in 2006. Megan was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 2006, and the New York State Bar in 2011. Megan joined the firm in 2014 and concentrates her practice on Matrimonial and Family law.

Megan resides with her family in Gouverneur, New York. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Gouverneur Hospital and the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority. Megan is also a member of the Gouverneur Business Women and is an active supporter of the Gouverneur Breast Cancer Fund.

Jennifer Hurlbut received a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Potsdam in 2004, majoring in Communications and minoring in pre-law. She attended Cooley Law School in Michigan from 2006-2007 before returning to the area and rejoining the firm in 2008. Jennifer holds a Certificate in Mediation from the Association for Conflict Resolution in Family, Divorce, and Domestic Violence. Jennifer works as a paralegal in our Massena office, focusing on Matrimonial and Workers’ Compensation.

Jessica Pollack-Marashian joined the firm in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Canton, majoring in Legal Studies, and works as a paralegal in our Massena office focusing on Social Security Disability and Real Estate.

Melynda Reed graduated from SUNY Canton with her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. Melynda joined the firm in April 2013 as a Paralegal in our Canton office, primarily focusing on Workers’ Compensation.

Nancy Fregoe has an AAS in Accounting from SUNY Canton and has extensive experience in payroll, billing, data management, accounts payable & receivable. Nancy joined the firm in 2016 as a Bookkeeper.

Brooke Bradley is a North Country Native and joined our team in 2018.   Brooke works in our Canton office focusing primarily on Family Court Law and Civil Litigation.

Maribeth Patterson has four years of experience in legal debt collection with extensive knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and New York State regulations.  Maribeth joined our firm as Legal Collections Specialist in 2019.

Susan Joslin graduated from SUNY Canton in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Legal Studies.  She joined our firm in 2022 with 6 prior years of Real Estate experience.  Susan works as a legal assistant in our Massena office, focusing primarily on Real Estate and Estate Planning.
